Has anyone had any experience with enlarged oil glands on their face, particularly around their nose? If so, what did you do about them?

Re: enlarged oil glands on face
Tue, April 22, 2008 - 5:23 AMYou were so stoked about the oil cleansing method...is that making this issue better for you, or worse? I was thinking of trying it, but now I'm a bit more nervous <lol>!
Sorry that I don't have an answer for your question! -

Re: enlarged oil glands on face
Tue, April 22, 2008 - 4:22 PMNo, I'm still over the moon about the oil cleansing method. That's just what the dermatologist told me my diminishing bumps on my face were. And my face is still doing beautifully wonderful. I just thought I would ask if anyone had them and what they did about them. My are actually going away. I think it's the massaging that is doing it. -

Re: enlarged oil glands on face
Thu, April 24, 2008 - 12:49 PMyup- I get them sometimes- especially from SPF products...
2 things I alternate
1. egg white mask - just plain egg white- I use organic, you can apply to the whole face and neck I you like- lay down, let it dry and wash off.
2. clay mask w/ a drop of rose essential oil or clary sage oil
w/ both of these I do them before bed as they will have a pulling action that leaves my face looking red and blotchy for a couple hours, always gone by the morning... -
